Feb 21 - Parent's Night Out
Parents, this one’s for you! We’ve seen a real need for some well-deserved downtime in our community, and we want to help.
Drop the kids off with us and enjoy a few hours to yourselves—go on a date, grab dinner, see a movie, or just enjoy some quiet time. We’ll keep the kids safe, active, and entertained while you recharge.

Ladies Kickboxing Classes

A welcoming kickboxing class for women of all levels — no pressure, no judgment.

March 14 - Try-It-Out Ladies Kickboxing Class
Come get a feel of what classes are like with all beginners and new ladies looking to start something new!
• Learn basic kickboxing combinations
• Hit bags & pads (stress relief guaranteed)
• Optional partner drills (your comfort level)
• Build strength, confidence, and coordination
